And Jim Balsillie offers $212.5 mil to move them back to Canada.

I still don’t see the NHL allowing a team in Hamilton with Toronto just up the highway.

Recently the NHL players union expressed it’s wish that there be two Toronto NHL teams, now this news comes about. Well maybe they will get their wish. The Toronto area can easily support two, NYC has 3.

good point, but i really dont think it would really hurt them. but who knows to be honest. guess we just have to wait and see if the team even goes there.

Haha… they wont go to Hamilton.
My guess is a second Toronto team, and yes, either way this will hurt the Sabres imho. Try people watching during the intermissions at HSBC. EVERYONE has Canadian accents lol.
