Either the rules wouldnt apply since they aren’t mechanics, or they will get screwed because they are doing work on people’s cars without a licence. Anyways its been far too long Denis, no point waiting, they clearly aren’t going to rectify the situation unless you persue legal action.[/quote] hmmm sounds like a problem i had, i just harassed chris for a long while, and showed up a few times and got them…sold them right away aswell. the mto can’t disipline them for doing modifications, only if they do brake jobs and shit can they get itno hot water. plenty of tuner shops don’t haev a licensed mech on staff. ---

And either way if you paid for product you should get product. But maybe the reason they havent delivered is because they were struggling with money issues and couldnt pay the lease on their old location. Talk to them, if they can’t provide either money or parts see if they can issue you some sort of credit/IOU. ---
