# Craven Speed Stubby Antenna: C5 Corvette

Just installed this: [http://www.cravenspeed.com/the-stubby/](http://www.cravenspeed.com/the-stubby/) for $20

Its very solid feeling. Looks like plastic but its all aluminum.

Thought I should let the fellow C5 owners out there know that Craven Speed just released their stubby antenna for C5’s this week.

I have/had one on all my cars, however, there is a massive decrease in any type of radio capability, volume and signal is much shittier

Holy crap that’s the longest OEM antenna I’ve ever seen.

Looks 100000% better now.

I ordered the Opel GM one for my mom’s Sky. Still gets pretty good reception.  
GM part number 25805645. About $10 on ebay

This one works good. Reception is 80-90% of what it used to be as well as volume. Not a big deal since I rarely listen to the radio anyway.

The way your car sounds, I wouldn’t even have a radio in there.  
Motor, exhaust…what more do you need
