You could do that pretty easily with a projector. Project the pattern onto the walls, then just trace the lines.

I call BS 🙂
They’re probably real, but the photos taken with everything lined up – the colors are just too perfectly even… how could the shade of orange 50ft away be the identical shade of orange as one 10ft away… I think they were heavity touched up to look better than they are…
however… they’re still very cool… and I’m no expert so I very well may be wrong! 😛

If one uses a projector, from the angle at which they want to place the design, everything will appear as it should from other angles, including the shade and hue. At least that’s what I figure, I’ve never really tried it though. Projected a design onto a car once, for masking, but that’s the closest I’ve been to this. I do believe it’s possible, though it looks INCREDIBLY tricky!!

im doing that to my car, from the side its just some lines but when i pull on you it says OWNED from behind.
