I just got the ball, re-rolling again yesterday with CPD against Anthony Burschi. its been 15 months since he got out and was suposed to start paying $89 a mo restitution, not a single payment was made yet. Infact he told me on a facebook group “I dont owe you shit, …” It doesnt help that the justice system is so fucked up I cant even get a straight answer from them as to what the course of action will be. I have to call in favors and dig myself. makes me this close to sending someone to repo his shitty ass car or something.
