wow that article sure is fair and balanced…

Now, I hate the DMCA as much as any media pirate, but that’s just untrue. The DMCA requires you to certify under penalty of perjury that you own the copyright to which you claim. So if they DONT own the copyright they’re subject to a giant civil lawsuit dildo up their ass.
