I got owned y a 11.3 civic and newmans sti, but to give myself some credit Newman and I were dead even through third and begining of fourth by fifth he had couple cars on me… Its all on video so overall I didn’t realize that was racing 11 second cars but i had alot of fun doing it

I do have to say…the kid did end up racing. Even though he called out cars faster than him, and people waisting there gas for his enjoyment.

Well… I made it home in one piece.
I think i pulled buses on the VW. 🙂 I dunno ask Minglor.

one is at 53% the other at 38%
Vid #1
sti vs the gti: he hangs for a gear. Fourth starts pulling pretty hard, then fifth it’s all over.
civic vs gti: i start about 3 cars back, they go, i jump in. Shift gently in to fifth at the GTi’s, then just skate on by.
Vid #2
sti vs civic: pretty close in third (i assume he’s spinning). Once i shift into 4th he just starts PULLING. I need to work on timing my shifts properly… if i shift too close to redline, it seems to fall out of boost more than if i shift at about 6700.

WOW! Nice runs wishI wasnt drinking I would of met you guys out.
So, this kid had fun.🤣…watching these cars pull buses on them…ahh well. Glad someone finally did it. I cant wait for the AM crowd’s reaction.
