# CSR at Oogie Games in Depew and Tonawanda

Oogie Games is a locally owned video game store that specializes in everything from Atari, Colecovision, Nintendo up to the latest in PS3, Xbox 360, and 3DS. We buy, sell, trade and repair all video game consoles. We are in the process of opening up tournament rooms in Depew and Tonawanda.
Both locations are looking to hire Customer Service Representatives. This would involve the sale of products, addressing customer concerns and processing transactions.
Video game knowledge is a plus, but by no means a requirement. Experience in a retail environment is highly valuable, but again not required.
These positions would be approximately 20 hours per week with an expansion of hours come holiday season as well as the possibility of becoming full time. The more availability you have, the better.
I can honestly say I enjoy working here. It is a fun environment and everyone does their part. I have been allowed to be innovative and develop new ideas and policies that are now regarded as standards company wide. There are some good side perks to the job, monthly awards and in general a fun staff.

Were open 10-9 M-Sat and 11-7 Sun, so after 6 probably wouldnt be beneficial for you.
