Always go to Sams club and get the newest phone for .96c. Went today and they said they ended it Sunday instead of Monday this yr!
Best buy ended Saturday.
Couldn’t find anywhere online doing it.
Any help is appreciated

I just signed up with the Edge program. Picked up the LG G3 and I’m loving it so far. Still bummed that I gave up my unlimited data plan though…

Kind of, but they do offer discounts eventually which help.

Yea with Next on ATT you do get additional discounts the difference is actually much closer than the previous article says.

The only problem with Edge is that if you want to trade in early, you must pay off at least 75% of the phone and then you have trade it in to Verizon. At least that’s what I’m understanding it as.
> As of October 16th, payments for new devices will normally be distributed over two years, rather than 20 months; if you can’t wait that long to get new gear, you’ll have to pay off 75 percent of the hardware price rather than 60 percent. In practice, that means that you’ll either be waiting at least 18 months to trade up (instead of 12) or else paying more to accelerate the upgrade process.

If its 25/mo off for 24mos on a 600 phone or whatever retail is it seems to work out to the same deal if I’m reading that correct, right? Just locks you in for 2 yrs which I’m fine with as I’ve been with Verizon since 99 anyways
I think the most I’ve ever spent on a phone was $49. Just usually get whatever is on sale for a buck or so. Two yrs ago it was the s4 which I like so was just going to get the 5 next. Always had Droids before that.
Anyone know when the next big sale will be? Christmas time I assume.

It does work out the same, as long as you stick with it for 2 years. The plan really is meant for some who truly upgrades every 2 years. I gave up my unlimited data because they were throttling it anyways and I wanted to combine plans with my gf and get a new phone.
@misteroman check out the LG G3 if you are looking at the S5. same operating system, but better screen, software and storage. I think the battery life is a bit better too.

G3 is only $30 online today. Edge is 24 months 0% financing and you get $15 discount on any plan up to ten Gb and $25 discount on anything 10gb or higher
