got a thermal exhaust, dc421 header with no cat. Now what do i need to pass up a b18b1 civic. It has intake exhaust header. Now i dont want boost or nos. We are having a battle too see if i can beat his civic without boost. I dont want to tear down engine either. What add ons can i do to get more hp out of the dseries. im use 2 bseries. If u know the z6 good let me know or if u got parts layin around ill buy them friday. ---

your prob not going to beat it w/ bolt ons. weight reduction, a new cam, standalone fuel mgmt, and intake mani. would prob atleast get you close. just put a little spray in it and save yourself a lot of money. ---

I have a z6 and i know how u feel.U gonna need stage 2 cam,IM,B series TB,maybe a P&P but u said u dont want to open up the engine but for u atleast to keep up with the B18b u gonna have to.U have to work more on the intake side cus the vtec on sohc is only on the intake. If he would it said he is putting a turbo on his car i would it give him those websites but since he is goin allmotor i gave him that website.Let ppl do whatever they want with there cars!!! ---
