Don’t worry about the noise from the coilovers… It’s normal. If you drive the car with D2s on a road/track with no pot holes or speed bumps, they’re almost close to perfect. Unfortunately, if you’re like me using the car for daily driving, you will hear sounds here and there. BTW, the rear suspension on my car started to make a sound as soon as the weather got a bit cold. I do notice that when the temperature rises, the sound goes away. ---

In terms of weather mine started to make this noise about sept/october and it just got worse as it got colder, could it be b/c of the cold. ---

My D2s have about 7000 Km of abuse on them. I live on a dirt road, and gautam and greg will attest to the abuse that they have gone threw because of it. they are currently caked with mud and work as good as new. i did have some squeaking back in october, but its all gone away now. I took them out and cleaned them all and they look as good as new. I have never ever had this clunking everyone is talking about. ---

Lucky… I’ve had nothing but headche’s with these things ever since I got them… well like 2-3 months after, they started acting up. \<\< Maybe they like abuse, and need it \>\>\> LOL ---

maybe it was when i hit a monster speed bump at 50 and got air over it that cured them sun was in my eyes i didnt see it :oops: tehehe ---
