that gives me chills.

side story  
the day he wrecked i was at home watching the race… after it was over (the wreck also) i left for school. my mom called me when i was up there and told me that he died. that is the first time and the last time in my life that i swore while my mom could hear me… “awww fuck” in a disbelieving way. amazing person

I was at my bf’s house watching the race just like we did every weekend. After the race, we went to a friends 21st bday party…when we got the call to turn on the news. Myself and group of friends are race fans, my cousin who was there races dirt track…dale being our idol…they turned the radio off…turned the tv on and we all sat in amazement…the whole house full of people became speechless…We sat and watched the whole news cast for rest of the evening. It was a sad day.
