hey guys, I got a problem with my T25 off the SR. It’s got one broken bolt from the turbo elbow side which is a bit deep in the housing…

anyone know a place that can get it out and heli-coiled perhaps? Magnus has had no time apparently & another shop doesn’t want to risk removing the housing (in order to do the job well) since it’ll need re-clocking and a possible gasket.

Thanks for any feedback, I’m really hoping to get this fixed and get my SR up and running in 2 weeks time. I might have to resort to buying a good condition T25 from vendor or someone here depending on the scenario and cost.

Drill it out yourself and retap, that’s the easiest way.

call finish line motors 416 661 4100, their at jane and hwy7 they do lots of work like that, seen a twin turbo 308 gts ferrari there, they took out a few broken studs and welded the cracks in the wastgate.
