so the second bush stepped in office the economy died? it happens over night.
Hate to tell you this, the reason why clinton had a good economy was from Reagen and Bush Sr. Clinton trashed it for Bush Jr.

not saying he did it all it was starting to get bad right before he stepped in.
and if your so smart on this subject then how come bush didnt want to
give the first extension. it had to go to the courts. and now the second extension
isnt there anymore. so dont be preaching that bush is a good pres. ill be real surpise
that he gets relected. goes to war right before his term is over to win points for the
next one. didnt work with the dad isnt going to work with him. and i dont see bush
doing anything to improve this economy. atleast clinton tried.

clinton rode the waves reagan and bush sr madeā¦he got lucky, and did nothing of it. Clinton was by far our worst President we have ever hadā¦probably right next to Carter. If Gore won we would be speaking some sort of sand nigger language by now.

I was one of those effected with unemploymentā¦ 6 months is plenty of time to find a job enough said.
Bad decisions? Lets see, went into afghanistan to hunt down terrorists and destroyed many cellsā¦prevented further attacks. Removed that idiot leader from Iraqā¦not sure about you, but i can goto bed easier at night knowing theres one less wacko in power.
His brother had nothing to do with the election in florida, the voting comission has total control over that, and is not influenced by anybody. And it was Gore who initiated all recounts not Bushā¦ Bush won the Florida election everytime.
You only see things one way, and not the other, and thats your major problem

as far as the 6 months. if i could of found a decent paying job in my field then
yes i wouldnt be compaining about it. but there havent been any decent jobs
in my field. its getting to the point i jsut might have to start my own shit.

Depending on your field, the only easy (or at least easier) way to find a job is to relocate. Finding another mechanical engineering job in Pittsburgh wouldnāt be the easiest thing for me, especially since a lot of the technical areas of work are getting shipped over to foreign countries where labor is cheaper (and standard of living is lower). You can blame this on a million things - the politicians in power, unions pushing for floor sweepers to make $60K a year, greedy corporations, etc - you could argue all of those. I wonāt get into the whole Democrat/Republican thing, since I donāt think the economy is solely politically driven (and I donāt have a degree in economics just like most of the other people on this board).
Maybe we should blame it on all those overvalued Internet companies that ruined the market. (I heard a rumor that Whitey was going public with Pittspeed, Inc.) In the end, it all comes down to cars and chicks anyway. š
