i have a black one. and it was spray painted years ago by some ass up at PSU. then after i cleaned it it still was dark. so technically i prob have the darkest dare plate in PA with out a tinted cover. its on vehicle #5 now. ---

funny thing is that i asked about this at the AAA office tonight. they said no one is buying them now. ---

I got a black DARE plate from one of my ooolllddd cars that is no longer registered. Think I could take it to AAA and have them transfer it over to one of my current cars? ---
