I am mistaken about the 10X part, but i like i said man, i saw 3 45 plates on each side and her lifting it. Didnt count reps. Ask her, maybe it wasnt her…idk

And yeah, thats the dude, bald, tattoo’d head. Hes really that nuts? He kinda looks it lol. Im gonna slap him next time i see him at the gym:lol
