Ok. The wrench COULD have fell into your pulleys and caused engine failure. Your wheel bearing also COULD have seized and caused damage. But your not going to call the dealership for a free oil change because your wheel bearing COULD have seized on your way home from work yesterday are you? ---

What did you expect them to do? Nothing happened to your car, but you want them to kiss your ass and give you something for free? Sounds like they took responsiblity for the pliers (which was probably just to shut you up) and apologized… what else should they do? ---
