Oh for the love of god please do not install AVG… bloated POS

Download Any of the following as they all work extremely well:

Real time AV:  
-Avast 5.0 Free edition  
-Microsoft Security Essnetials  
-Avira Anti-Virus

I also belive kaspersky or bitdefender now have a free version, look into it, both awesome AV’s

Virus/Malware/Spyware scanners:  
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware  
Spybot Search and destroy  
Super Anti-Spyware

ALSO BAKAERIAN!

It is also very possible that this virus isnt even on your machine, there are instances of programs logging into your account from a remote location without you even knowing and sending links…

Run these scanners, change your AIM password and you should be fine.
