To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in regard to the Appeal Hearing Decision Form that I received on 05/13/2008 regarding parking violation (Ticket Number – XXXXXX). I am requesting that a typed Appeal Hearing Decision Form be sent to me at the address listed above. The one that I received is filled with scribbles and gibberish that is unreadable. Is that even English? If the City Of Yonkers has the audacity to charge money to the overtaxed residents to appeal already unwarranted tickets, I think it is only fair that the justification be at least legible.

ya there assholes down there. my aunt lives in west chester, we go to yonkers every once in a while, and the parking authority was sitting by my car when i had 3 minutes left. FUCK them

The absolute best rape was I got a expired registration ticket. I went to appeal and they tried to charge me $10. I said, I don’t deserve this ticket. Here’s the e-mail from DMV weeks ago with my credit card transaction # stating I paid.
Them: “Sir, you had an expired sticker on your car.”.
Me: “Yes, I am aware. I cannot help how long it takes DMV to process transacations.”
Them: “You need to estimate how long it will take to recieve and renew your registration before that time.”
Me: “That’s retarded.” and I had a look of horror on my face from pure anger.
