oh no they’re completely legal… I’ve built old school car like these before… and a ratrod came from Big Daddy Ed Roth’s Rat-Fink cartoons back in the hay-day of street rodding. They’re great fun; and that is no rat ride either… kinda shaped like it; but most rat rides are cars put together from whatever people having laying around; old frames, bodies, engines, etc; then put together enough to make the safe, but just bare-bones. Similar to the old-style choppers for motorcycles, where everything is stripped down to the bare necessities to drive down the road. ---
