No they are not charging if you use Credit… But they (actually the gas stations bank) can charge if you use the MAC. There is a difference.

Some places can just charge a fee for making an electronic purchase.
They must notify you why they are charging you. I used to deliver for a wholesale company and would eat lunch on the road. After I would eat at a certain place I would see an extra $1.00 on my statement.
I asked the owner about it and he said that there was a charge for making an electronic purchase. I asked him why there was no sign letting me know, but it actually fell down.
Greenwald’s Citgo is the same way on 51 South. This is kinda weird though. If you get gas and pay electronically, there is an added charge. So much per gallon, but if you buy something from the store there is no charge. Strange.
As far as I know there has to be a disclaimer stating what you will be charged if anything.
