# Defi Gauges problem

I’m having some problems wit the defi gauges i recently acquired… the control unit lights up, but the gauges do not… the needles barely move (just kinda shake) when i turn on the ign but theres no lights or anything on the gauges… i don’t have any sensors or sensor wires but i wanted to test the gauges see if they are working… they should at least light up right? i wired illum,batt, and ign to the ign and also tried using the battery (red) to a constant dc with the illumination and ign wire to ign and still no difference, i also tried the meters in slot one and two and still nothing…

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

You might have gone the other way with the red, orange,black ,white

The pic here, look at the tab, it goes :Red-orange,black-white. The manual lists it in the opposite direction.

Red: igntion

orange: switched power

black: gnd

white :illumination
