If I was on the jury he wouldn’t get shit.
A. Don’t leave your laptop on a pile of papers.
B. And this is the real big one, when you wake up and smell something burning, but can’t find it, you don’t just go back to bed.

thats is interesting if DELL is liable since they did announce the recall prior…of course no matter what laptop u have they do get warm and dont leave them on papers

i would imagine homeowners will cover everything, but if he doesnt have homeowners insurance, then he is really winning a darwin award.

A- He was already aware of the recall, so therefore he was fully aware of the possible consequences
B- Who leaves a laptop on a pile of papers on a couch? Why not just throw some gas on the coffee table and toss a lit cigarette on it…

It’s probably the same guy who sued dell a while back because his laptop burned his wang. He said there should be a warning sticker on the laptop that leaving it on your crotch while using it for extended periods of time can cause burns. There is a warning, it’s when you feel a hot laptop starting to roast your nuts, and you move it.
