Not all cars qualify to be CPO. Depends on year, milage, and their inspection I believe. If she didn’t pay to get it certified, or if it wasn’t already, it happens. If she was told it was, and it isn’t, then there’s a problem. Can’t be mad for them wanting to make money on the girl.
