dude, if can’t observe traffic conditions by an officer, you need to be locked up

I’m always aware of the surroundings around a patrol unit on the side of the road.  
too many videos, i see of an officer/car getting blasted by scared drivers by FLASHING LIGHTS!!!  
never i look over too see the flashing lights, its the other people you got to look for.  
TOO MANY FUCKING RUBBER NECKERS !!!
