[DVD Shrink](http://www.dvdshrink.org/what.html) to rip/shrink the original DVD
[Nero Burning ROM](http://www.nero.com/enu/index.html) to burn the DVD

Use [DVD Decryptor](http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/#dvddecrypter) to rip the DVD if it is copyright protected. Unless something has changed, you’ll need to shrink it using DVD Shrink once it has been ripped by Decryptor. A huge PITA but still worth while.
