Given the cost of each (including the Dinan upgrades) i’d still take the M3 for the extra $5-8k.

it’s all about the baller factor. Chicks don’t dig mods anyways…

not about the baller factor, there is a lot more to the new M3, I want to see the Dinan 135 vs the new M3 though :eekdance:

As much as 460tq is pants tightening, if I was making the decision I’d still take the M3.

Nice video but 13.20 in the 1/4 for the new M3? Is it me or is that a little slow, I thought E46’s could pull a low 13 in the 1/4.

The comparison said $56k vs $71k to $90k depending on markup

Have you actually checked the numbers in real life? Those are inaccurate.

Its an M3 with a V8, I’m sure some decent tweaks to the engine would have that torque jumping up.

The E46 M3 was only a difference of 30 ft/lbs of torque compared to the E90. The Inline 6 was much better paired between the HP and torque. You would think BMW would have done better on the V8 given their record of it in the GTR and M5.
