Anyone have a quick way to DC? 😃 I have to be in McClean VA (just NW of DC) tonight. I was going to go **turnpike to 70 to 270 to beltway :nuts:** but ealier this week a guy told me it was faster to go south of DC and come up from the noth… **something like take 522? then 37N then 50/17 to beltway (coming north this time)??? 😕** any help, i haven’t been to DC in about 5-6 years and even then my dad drove so i wasn’t paying attn. ---

I’ve always gone the 270 to beltway route. Drove there every Sunday evening for 2 months. Not much traffic that time of day on a Sun, so I don’t know that you’d benefit much from an alternate route.
