I wish we did still have the HR20’s but they will soon be a thing of the past anyway. The HR21 is the better HD DVR, just nobody knows it yet. Wait until more people start to use the On-Demand. But it is very hard to tell a customer that they just paid $299 for a receiver that has rendered their OTA useless. But still you could not pay me to switch, I love My DirecTV, DirecTV\>\* ---
