I was given a 89 in a 65. Reduced to $50 parking ticket. In west seneca.
I had a Good excuse though.

Anyone saying plead guilty does not know what they are talking about.
ALWAYS PLEAD NOT GUILTY. Talk to any lawyer, or talk to someone like me who has A LOT of speeding tickets and still pays cheap insurance.
You might get that 2 pointer dropped to parking tickets. The fact that the officer reduced your ticket has no bearing. There is no record of you doing 95mph except the officer’s recollection, and obviously since he gave you a reduced ticket he doesn’t hate you. So show up to court and be respectful and since there is a good chance he won’t even be there you very well may get it reduced further.
If the officer doesn’t show up, while this can get you off the hook, it almost certainly won’t. The prosecutor will just reschedule, so don’t push it, could piss him off and you are less likely to get a reduction. Just plead not guilty and see what the prosecutor can do for you, but remember: He doesn’t give a shit about you, so don’t piss him off, but don’t just bend over.
