I’ve been talking to a lady by the name of Arlene at the fed ex hub in buffalo. She was very understanding of my story and made a call to HQ in Arkansas. She was sceptical they would reduce it, but to both our surprise they knocked it down. Arlene is getting an upper thigh massage when I go pay her tomorrow ---

I’m confused. You went to a UPS hub in the first post, but Fed Ex was able to reduce your shipping price??? ---
