I recommend going back to school full time (5-6 classes. not this 3-4 bullshit that some people try to do). that keeps you busy for sure. plus it opens a lot of doors. even if you go for liberal arts or some generic bs, you will be in the learning environment and you will find some sort of direction if you dont have an idea yet. it took me about 6-7 months before I was finally over the ex. we hang out once or twice a month now but it means nothing. of course certain things make me miss her from time to time but the prospect of finding some one better is so exciting it overcomes that. but. that 6 months of ‘mourning’ was really good for me, I think I grew a lot. I said no to 4 or 5 girls when I otherwise would have not a few years ago. I also did a lot of thinking of what I did wrong and what I need to do to get my act together for the next one, because at this age the next woman I date may turn into ‘the one’ a few years down the road. and dont bicker on here, either of you. it does no good and you look like a fool. ---
