I was a Sales and Leasing rep. for 5 years and a Sales manager for 4 years, a total of 9 years in the automotive sales industry and never ever would I sale a car like that guy and I would never ever hire a sales rep like that guy LOL. Cheesey lines like that don’t sale cars, people are not stupid and most people have done their home work when searching for a vehicle, who ever believes cheesy sales line like that guys is a born sucker! Cheesiest sales pitch I have ever heard from a sales man: Sales man: “OH Man just look at this car!!! It’s a super clean car, this thing is just beautiful! And the price is unbeatable, OH Man where do I sign? I gonna buy this car my self!” Me: Ahhhh yeeeeah! Ooookaaaay you do just that!..I’m gonna go look at another car somewhere else since you are going to buy this one your self! Take care thanks for your time, good luck with that purchase! ---

i never got threw both the videos its just too stupid. when i was in Florida for a month, when i would come home late drunk and throw on the tube, EVERY channel has a stupid sales rep like that talking some dumb shit lol. Has anyone gone to buffalo? or been to the Walden Galleria?? or any place that has a phone service booth? they beg you to sign up with them…so stupid ---

It reminds me of most the sales people in Toronto, most of them can hardly speak english and Know nothing about the product they are selling. 3 years at ago at 2001 Audio Video I went in looking for a new DVD player and got stuck with this Indian guy who was pure fresh of the boat. (no offence to any Indian people, you guys are great!) Salesguy: Hello sir how are you today? Me: good and you? Salesguy: I am very good sir! Salesguy: How can I help you today sir? Me: I am just looking at some DVD players. Salesguy: You want to buy one sir? Me: Yeah I just don’t know wich one to buy. How’s this Sony one? Salesguy: That one is very good sir! Me: How about this pioneer? Salesguy: That one is very good sir! Me: This Zenith looks nice. Salesguy: Yes that one is very good too sir! Me: I like JVC too let me see that one. Salesguy: Oh yes that one is very good sir! (By this time I have figured this guy knows nothing about what he is selling all he knows how to say is “That is very good sir!”… so being the wiseass that I can be sometimes, just for laughs and nothing else I start getting technical with him!) Me: is this DVD player NTSC and PAL? Salesguy: Yes sir it is! Me: I don’t see it writen in the features are you sure? Salesguy: Yes sir, that DVD player is very, very good sir! Me: So you are 100% sure this is NTSC and PAL and it will play all DVD’s from anywhere around the world? Salesguy: yeah yeah sure it will, yes sir JVC is very good sir, it play everything! Me: will it play sir DVD’s? Salesguy: What is sir DVD’s sir? Me: S-I-R DVD’s …_ **my friend is dieing of laughter in the back round and I’m trying to keep a straight face** _ Salesguy: Yes sir it play sir DVD! (I knew from before I even walked in that I was going to buy the panasonic, I just wanted to bust his balls for a while and get some good laughs) Me: Honestly bro, I don’t like any of these they are all crap and I think you should know that, however I like you and I will buy that panasonic over there!.. Is that one very good too? Salesguy: Yes that one is very good sir! \*\*\* me and my friend have tears of laughter in our eyes\*\*\* Salesguy: Can I do anything else for you today sir? Me: yeah you could, stop calling me sir. Salesguy: okay sir. I can be such a dick sometimes… Anyway the point is I don’t know why they hire people that don’t know shit about the product they are selling. When I was a sales manger at Prestige for 4 years every guy I hired was a car guy, it was a guy that could talk about cars all day long, a guy that you could ask him anything about any random car and he would know the answer. I would hire people that weren’t even salesguys before but as long as they knew their cars I would give them a chance and then teach them how to sale. And if they didn’t know all their car’s at least they had the drive to learn. ---
