yes thorn run road, for all the agervation waste of time and effort i dont see how its even worth doing for traction ---

they dont do that shit down here. Maryland roads FTW. They repave roads BEFORE they turn to shit. Its a novel concept. ---

penndot is horrible did you hear about the big scandal last year. some of the drivers would do coke and pick up hookers on the job! they just tar and chipped the roads in sf and i love the sound of the rocks hitting my wheel wells… ---

I feel really bad for the traffic 2 miles behind me when i go no faster than 3mph with street slicks when i go down a road that has fresh tar/chips. ---

i still dont get the point of posting a picture that has nothing to do with tar and chipped roads when you are trying to say tar and chipped roads are the cause of tires locking up and sliding??? ---

The only reason they do it is because it is cheaper and quicker that doing it the correct way. I used to live in front of a trailer park in erie and they tar and chip all the roads in there and when I asked the guy why they do it that way he told me that exact reason. It was the cheapest way to go without leaving them dirt! Penn Dot is so f_c_i\*g dumb! I think that is the real reason!!!
