If the bill of sale and the form are filled out properly with the VIN and all they have no right to tell you that it’s not a fair retail price. A car can have a blown motor or have hit a deer and be worth almost nothing compare to an average retail. ---

True but do you know how many morons don’t have the right paperwork? Also even with the right paperwork they can still flag it for audit and tax an finance can investigate if they want to. Usually they don’t bother though unless it’s blatant. Like someone saying that they paid 500 for a 2011 Porsche or something like that. ---
