# Don't EVERY buy a used TV from sears (My TV buying SAGA)

Were they selling your defective TV listed as new or were they selling it at an “open box” discounted price? They may have repaired the fault and had it back out on sale for a discounted price.

If they were selling it as new, then there is a problem
