Def. not right, but it’s shitty that cop has nothing better to do than bust balls and then not have his facts there to at least try and argue, he just walked away.

i think the car owner and the cop were deff douch bags the cop didnt know that anything under 2/32 of an inch is not safe according to the “vehicle code” and the owner kinda acted like a punk the whole time,
