For the love of god, set up the camera and tape you taking it down and try to catch his reaction once he pulls up to the house if you know when he gets home… Or take it down and have a clever surprise waiting for him when he pulls up. Best yet, if the lock on that little door is withing 5 feet of your wall. Cut his lock off (if he has one) and put your own on, since that is technically your lock now :rofl ---

Pretty simple. Apply for permit, go thru the process. Permit will be denied, but fill it out, its the process, then seek variance. It will likely be granted. Explain the complete story only to the board when seeking the variance. Rip out said fence. Make him sue you. ---

This thread is about as good as the one of NYFA with the guys getting his Pro 2A/Anti NYSAFE Act signs stolen. As much as I’d pay money to see someone drive over that fence and make it a clip in the next nitro circus doing it the legal way also burns it more to the d-bag neighbor…especially if he has to PAY to fix it then lol Do what Jammer says. Of all the people on this forum that I’d trust with this kinda stuff I’d listen to him first. ---
