I ran my 3 inch d/p for awhile last year and took it off for the winter now i just recently put it back on and noticed that it was hitting my tranny line when i would brake torque and it has since left an abrasion on the line, now i thought if i got new lower motor mounts this would solve the prob? Any ideas on what could be done?

the pipe is actually a flex pipe so i couldn,t put a dent in it where it,s hitting and by spacers do you mean from the exhaust manifold ,like where the gasket is?
