# DRL problem

I just replaced one of my DRL’s with a new bulb. A few days later I noticed it was out again. I took it out and the inside of the bulb had a white residue in it. There was also a bit of condensation build-up in the housing itself. Obviously something is shorting out the light, but has anyone else had a similar problem?
