Shit. $600 for the D40 and 18-55 lense is OK, and then I noticed that it comes with the 55-200 VR lense too. Great deal. :tup: ---

Yeah, I just paid $220 for that lens, so when I saw the deal on slickdeals I IM’d it to him since I knew he was looking. That’s a hell of a deal. ---

I’ve seen that review before too, but when you get into cropping, editing, and blowing pics up, it’s good to have the extra resolution that the d40x has. I print 13x19’s on my printer and 6MP doesn’t get the job done as well. the difference between 6 and 10MP is fairly substantial. EDIT - plus I don’t pay that much for lenses 😉 ---

6.1? It’s an ok deal with the Vr lense. Dell has the Cannon XTI 10.1 for about $485 or something. ---

But again, whatever they are both awesome cams for the price. ---

So, if I get the same D40 and lens through Amazon I won’t see the discount until the very end after my CC info is in? I don’t see the $100 off advertised anywhere. ---

When you add the D40 with the 18-55mm and then add that lense seperately and go to the cart it should show the discount. If not it may have ended.
