Found this on one of my US DSM boards:

Just “finished” another DSM ECU on a stock KA.

Here is the mod list:

Stock KA (130k+)
SS Autochrome 46trim/.63 (mad China powah!)
SS Autochrome manifold
Tial WG
Efeezie racing fuel rail (stock DSM regulator)
660cc
Dynoed 383whp/377wtq @ 18psi (110octane)

KAs keep impressing me!

I am inquiring about the wiring and how much work it is. This is definitely a cheap tuning solution for alot of KA-Ts out there.

I read you have to remove the entire wiring harness off the dsm and wire it on teh 240sx , almost the same amount of work as hooking up a motec system or standalone . You have to run every wire to the car such as knock , temp sensor , cam sensor , speed sensor and some to the dash ect … Pretty much every wire comming out of the ecu has to go somewhere
Sounds like fun

Hmm, sounds interesting, personally if I was going to rewire the car I would just go for a megasquirt stand alone setup. Its hella cheap, you make it yourself and its more versitle than most of the stand alones out there. Yes you have to do a little bit of modification to work on the KA but It is well worth it. I wanted to run it on a SR but with the direct ignition you would have to do allot more work to get it to run.

Also, it looks like this guy changed his ignition too, looks like a direct sr type in the pics. That turbo looks like its gonna suck you in hahaha.
