just happened to a buddy of mine the Friday before X-max. Blow .09, and the real kick in the ass was he wasn’t even behind the wheel when the officer stopped him.
Story goes, he was seen speeding, the officer followed him to the restaurant, as he was entering the door the officer asked to speak to him. He said sure, the officer asked if he knew he was speeding, he said no, the officer asked if he was drinking he said yes, the officer asked him if he wanted to blow or go for blood work. He blew, .01 high, and the rest is history.
although, having many Friends that have gotten DUI’s under .14, if it is your first it is a PIA, but for the most part it is a free pass. Your life isn’t over until the second…

Not True. I was a dumb and made my mistake got a .28 BAC and since it was first one. still went through the ARP program and kinda got a “pass,” but will show up if get a second. Like most people who get one in PA.

ross has been crazy lately, i sometimes go through around 1am, and i almost always see someone or multiple people pulled over

do you know what happened last week on peoples rd by millvale at the abc (i think) fire place?
i drove passed around 1am and there was a ton of cops all over the place, they had both lanes shut down going towards 19
