Blow .09, and the real kick in the ass was he wasn’t even behind the wheel when the officer stopped him. Story goes, he was seen speeding, the officer followed him to the restaurant, as he was entering the door the officer asked to speak to him. He said sure, the officer asked if he knew he was speeding, he said no, the officer asked if he was drinking he said yes, the officer asked him if he wanted to blow or go for blood work. He blew, .01 high, and the rest is history. although, having many Friends that have gotten DUI’s under .14, if it is your first it is a PIA, but for the most part it is a free pass.
