This building could be put to good use, and it most certainly won’t be replaced by anything interesting if it is torn down. Its potential reuse really reminds me of Alterra on the Lake here in Milwaukee, although much further from downtown.

i love the building too, but im certainly not gonna be the one to sink millions into it to restore it.
