I have crossed with people who have had dwi convictions, and we made it over every time.
Most times they don’t enter names into the computer.
Other times I go there, and they ask 20 questions.
Depends on the inspector.

If he drives over with someone else outside the limo, they’ll probably let him in. In the limo they’ll probably check everyone’s ID and background. In a car, your holding up the line and they’ll just waive you through without really doing a background check.
A friend of mine hasn’t been denied yet doing it this way. Just have him say he’s going to the Casino. They like to see money going into their local economy.
EDIT: And the worse they will do is turn him away. Its not like he’ll get the chair or something.

DAMN!!.. had no problem crossing the border… the guy got on the bus. Asked if everyone was a citizen then got off. Didnt check a single ID or ask another question. On the way back around 2am the border guy got on the bus. Saw that there were 15 people passed the fuck out and said “Fuck this, im not doing it” got off and lets go. No ID check or anything.
I would also like to say Sundowners quality has not changed since college (3 years ago) I would live in the basement if i could.:bump:

if he was on probation like some one i know and went over he wouldnt be able to come back. has to live there for 5 years or something. then coming back 6 years later. busted for some odd reason, and come back for 20 years. really sucks.
-he got over to Canada with an easy check, but when trying to come back they went through everything with crazy suspicions. they checked his car took everything out. his family was with him too. and it took hours.
Note: this was like 4-6 years ago. im sure things have changed alot.
when i go i just say we’re going Sea world. it works. and its the only question.
