Depends on the girl really. Usually reserved just for girlfriends.

Maybe  
If I think she is worth it.  
If I have some idea of her past history.  
If she is clean down there.  
If she is really hot.

or some combination of the above.

I can accomplish the same and then some with banging so that is definitely preferred. I got over the “let me pleasure you” bullshit. Make me dinner for a week and we can talk about it.
