# ecu ?

i was told that i did not need to buy a p72 for my b18c head swap onto my b18b block i was told it was posible just to make the p75 for vtec?
the only thing i can think of doin is activating the vtec under the misc tab in uberdata and run the wire to vtec pin on the sockit i know that hybrid can do this for me but i already chipped it im sure i could to this as well and save a little money
any help would be great

You need an auto p75 to get the right transistor i think. (Maybe not a transisitor but the auto part of the ecu uses that same part as vtec) You can not buy that part anywhere either so its your best bet or get a p28… most auto dx ecus are cheap as hell fyi.

thanks i dont know im just gonna take it to hybrid i talked to to the guy from there that does there ecu chippin and he said he could do it for me a while back so i will just do it like that
thanks though i thought it might of been something i could do with uberdata

No not without the socket installed… also uber sucks, chrome is also free and 10000000X better
