why do you have a penguin avatar on a car site? That’s a hockey team, it has nothing to do with cars… this is a car site ya know??
not that i really care, i’m a huge penguin fan. but what’s the big problem with people expressing their views here? there is a whole section devoted to “off topic” conversation so whats the problem?
i personally didnt vote, i have no clue what’s going on with the elections and i’m sort of ashamed to admit that… i say good for them for having an opinion on the matter. it is our right to choose our leaders and have an opinion on the matter, so they are well within their rights.
in the grand scheme of things, that’s waaaaaaay more important that if you prefer a ford or a toyota dont you think?
btw, if it bothers you that much theres an option in your preferences that allows you to turn sigs OFF… try it out, they wont bother you one bit!

You can always turn them off in your options . . . I do that at work

o no, not the n00b argument!!
if you have a point (which i doubt) make it. this “you’re just a dumb noob you wouldnt understand” stuff is nonsense and it makes you sound like you’re just doing a bunch of :crying: incase you havent figured it out, someone’s intelligence is not determined by their post count on [pittspeed.com](http://pittspeed.com).
darkstar makes about 15 political threads a day and not a single one of them is anywhere near as abrasive or argumentative as your average “i am the god of all driving, chevy \> your life, if your car isnt an f-body or a chevy truck you deserve to die” posts. So what is the big deal with someone writing vote for joe shmoe in their signature?

no not a noob post, just in the past ppl like shalerpunk and a few others made this whole pointless thread and arguement about it. something on a car site that isnt needed

This forum is more than just a car forum, Quik. You should know this with how long you’ve been around. It’s more like a social networking forum for Pittsburgh area car enthusiasts. Sure, we talk about cars, but its not cars all the time.
Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, could talk about the same topic every day and never stray from that.
