As i was walking into my apartment bldg. (3 floors, 4 apts./floor) tonite i noticed one of the hallway lights was flickering and it made me wonder. Who pays for the electricity for the hallways lights and outside lights? Anyone know how this works, if it is split equally between all tenants or if each apt. is assigned a lightbulb? I don’t know if anyone here would know, just was wondering. ---

each apt has a separate meter and so does the bldg itself…u pay for ur meter and the owner pays for the bldg…they are wired so that each elec meter is separate from each other ---
